Green Tie Professional Services is comprised of a small, local group of IT professionals with industry experience dating all the way back to Novell, Microsoft MSDOS, and BackOffice products! Paired with nearly 25 years in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) business, we welcome the opportunity to offer your business the next level of support and management. Having worked closely with our clients and their ever-changing, increasingly complex technology landscapes, we have moved to a new concept to assist clients with managing their IT needs: a boutique MSP model that prioritizes deep relationships, personalized support, and real alignment with each client’s goals—unlike the high-volume, impersonal approach of larger providers (Traditionally many clients, fewer techs).
This is a high-touch, relationship-driven approach designed specifically for teams that value trusted, accessible support over distant, ticket-based systems. We have heard the feedback for years and know that we can provide better service and support by focusing on you and your staff, rather than how many customers we are reselling a product or license to. This results in less noise, time, and effort which allows us to focus solely on your IT concerns and excel where we always have – service, support, and our business relationship. This allows IT to be the tool for your company that it was always intended to be.
For our small and medium clients we can support everything from your workstations, patch management, switching, firewalls, servers and beyond. Many companies have a core, industry-specific application they use and for that we work with the application vendor as needed. For our larger clients, work can be siloed (specific tasks inside of an IT group) to assist teams with new site deployments, individual projects & project planning, topology design, or even simply reviewing current implementations to help augment your internal IT group. As a company we have a broad skill-set across many different client industries, and are happy to apply that knowledge to help your company maximize its IT investment!

Whats this about Green Ties?
The color of a formal tie can convey various messages depending on the context. Red ties symbolize power and authority, while blue ties reflect trust and calmness. Black ties are formal and elegant, and yellow ties signify optimism and creativity. Green ties, in particular, represent growth, knowledge, and stability, often signaling reliability, growth, and new beginnings. Each color carries unique connotations, making tie choice an important element of professional or personal expression.
We chose green ties as our company name and statement for that reason. It represents our experience, knowledge, and even our beginning as a company.
